Description

With our company in constant expansion, we’re looking for an Administrative Coordinator to organize, manage, and perform an extensive array of secretarial, administrative, and program support activities on behalf of upper management. You’ll be the primary point of administrative and operational contact for internal and external requests related to all of our worksites (greenhouses, warehouse, and offices). You’ll thrive in this role if you’re proficient with computers, organized, and detail-oriented.
Responsibilities
Ensures all staff at our various work sites have the requested equipment, assets or accesses to fulfill their roles;
Maintain digital records of access requests, company accesses and assets, subcontractor agreements, and security systems;
Files and distributes incoming mail and billing;
Maintains an excellent rapport with staff, management, building management, and subcontractors by fulfilling requests while also knowing when to push back;
Responds quickly and professionally to any breach of security of worksites (might be contacted outside of regular office hours);
Handles the purchasing and maintenance of all general office supplies;
Responsible for the daily management of equipment and facilities for the organization.

Able to handle confidential information;
Responsible and reliable;
Proficient with computers (Google Drive, Excel);
Bilingual.
Schedule
Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. 40-45 hours/week.
